As a Service Advisor within Multiwagon, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of service requests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate and schedule our service work, maintain close contact with customers, and ensure that service requests are handled quickly and meticulously.

What are you going to do?

Ensuring an efficient and high-quality customer journey in terms of service provision.
Coordinate service requests and schedule maintenance work.
Efficient and focused handling of service requests.
Proactively advise customers on our post-sales offerings (such as spare parts, accessories, and upgrades) to enhance their experience and generate additional revenue.
Developing and implementing an after-sales program to encourage repeat purchases.
Drafting and proactively offering maintenance contracts (in collaboration with the sales department).
Setting up and expanding a new service network in Germany and France.
Maintaining close contact with suppliers for handling service tickets and drawing up service agreements (together with the purchaser).
Building and maintaining relationships with (new) clients and service partners abroad.
Managing spare parts stock in conjunction with the buyer.
Collaborate with the technical team to optimise service processes, and with the procurement/product manager to improve quality.
Recording service activities and keeping track of service-related documentation in our HubSpot Service software package.
Monitoring and managing KPIs: customer satisfaction (at least 80%), response time (less than 24 hours), resolution rate (at least 90%), cost control and after-sales sales.
Weekly reporting to the Operations Manager on the progress, bottlenecks, and results in the aftersales area.

Commercial awareness (after-sales): You see sales opportunities from a service perspective. You know how to advise customers on additional services and products, always putting service first and ensuring it never feels pushy.
Organisation and planning: You are very skilled at drawing up schedules and organising logistical processes. You can quickly set priorities and maintain an overview.
Solution-oriented: You think proactively and act quickly to resolve issues that could hinder production or logistics progress.
Collaboration: You are committed to collaborating with other departments (particularly sales and engineering) and fostering a team-focused atmosphere.
Analytical insight: You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively use data to optimise processes and identify inefficiencies.
Customer focused: You are a problem solver, can work well under pressure and are fully focused on delivering a high-quality service.
Minimum MBO level 4.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a coordinating role, preferably in a technical, after-sales, or service environment.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of German and English is a plus.

A competitive salary between €3,100.00 and €4,075.00 per month for a full-time position.
Flexible working hours Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (by agreement).
